| This medium-sized temple halfway up Halla-san on the SW side seems to be a very old one, but the buildings now there are just a few decades old. In a wide San-shin-gak up back, five old tablet-stones declaring the high status of the Halla-san-shin in Chinese characters are enshrined --- now-rare antique relics of the older, pre-paintings way of respecting Mountain-spirits. |

| In the Main Hall, I found a stormy Yong-wang (above left), a unique San-shin with native Jeju "Black Pine" tree and a twisted leaf-fan (above), and a graceful, elegant Dok-seong. |
