| This excellent modern Sanshin painting is heavy on the shiny-gold accents, with a great pine and blue-washed background. It's quite unusual that his staff is straight and of same width, suggesting that it's made of gold metal and not the typical gnarled wood, although we can see some gnarl-patterns in detail; it's dragon-head is vivid! |
